Unlike the Connecticut Lemon Law for cars, which allows you to go into arbitration, you need to sue RV manufacturers and dealers in a court of law. The window of time to initiate a lawsuit is small, so speak to a Lemon Law attorney if your RV has been in the shop three or four times for the same problem. Lemon Law actions require the manufacturer to pay for attorneys’ fees, so you shouldn’t have to pay for representation.  6
